Lucy Taylor
Lucy is the founder of Make Work Play, a movement that believes playful working creates creative and collaborative teams. She designs and teaches Envoy executive education programs in culture change, innovation, facilitation, and organisational storytelling.
She approaches facilitation with creativity, passion for immersive learning experiences, and improv. She uses her background in qualitative research and behavior-change consultancy to drive optimal outcomes for clients.
Lucy has held positions as Visiting Faculty on MSc Programmes at Ashridge Business School and the Metanoia Institute. She studied PPE at Oxford and has trained in Systemic Coaching and Constellation Mapping, improvisational theatre, and puppetry (yes, puppetry).
