What to Expect:

We work with a small number of individuals combining in-person, remote, and asynchronous sessions. Each client has a lead adviser from our team. That lead adviser adds relevant Envoy experts and creatives as we upgrade critical skills, enhance professional networks, and develop personal brands.

Getting Started:

We start with sessions to identify personal and professional goals and desired outcomes. This can include conversations with colleagues and reviewing any assessments and reviews. We then mutually determine an approach and timeline for achieving the goals. Typically this involves regular sessions with a lead adviser, mixing in sessions with subject-specific experts as relevant.

Heads Up:

These are working sessions aimed at moving forward, changing situations, and making a greater impact. Expect confidentiality, raw honesty, laughter, frustration, and an occasional rough session as we navigate forward.

Fees:

Executive guidance is included as part of an Envoy Corporate Subscription or can be charged at our hourly rates. Programs can range from a few sessions to long-term support.
